The Galette des Rois, or "King's Cake," is more than just a pastry – it's a beloved French tradition that brings families together.

All our galettes are made with GFT butter and a hand-layered inverted puff pastry, ensuring a perfect blend of richness and flakiness in every bite. They are filled with a smooth and silky frangipane with rich almond flavour.
