Paris-Brest

A true icon of French pastry, the Paris-Brest was created in 1910 by Louis Durand, a french pastry chef who imagined a cake shaped like a wheel to commemorate the Paris–Brest–Paris bike race. More than a century later, it remains a beloved classic in the world of French pâtisserie.

Delicately baked choux pastry, generously filled with a silky praliné crème mousseline made from our homemade almond-hazelnut praliné. At its heart, a touch of pure praline adds depth and richness, while caramelised and roasted hazelnuts bring an irresistible crunch. Light, nutty, and utterly indulgent—you won’t be able to resist.
