Orders & Payment

1.1 Ordering Process

Minimum 72 hours notice required for all orders
All orders are subject to availability
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
Custom orders require prior consultation and quote approval

1.2 Payment Terms

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
Full payment is required upfront to confirm your order
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Changes will not affect orders for which a confirmation has already been received

Collection & Delivery

2.1 Collection

Orders must be collected from our West End Lane location in London (NW6)
Collection times must be respected to ensure product quality
Valid ID may be required for order collection
Orders not collected within the agreed timeframe may be disposed of without refund

2.2 Transport

We are not responsible for any damage occurring after collection
Proper transportation of products is the customer's responsibility
Storage and handling instructions will be provided upon collection

Cancellations & Modifications

3.1 Cancellation Policy

Full refund: Cancellations 72+ hours before collection
50% refund
: Cancellations 48-72 hours before collection
No refund: Cancellations less than 48 hours before collection
All cancellations must be made in writing via email

3.2 Modifications

Order modifications must be requested within 24 hours of payment
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
We reserve the right to refuse modifications

Product Information

4.1 Allergens

All products are prepared in a kitchen handling nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs
While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products
Customers must inform us of any allergies before ordering

4.2 Quality & Storage

Products are freshly made to order
Storage instructions must be followed to maintain quality
Recommended consumption timeframes will be provided
We cannot be held responsible for products not stored properly

Special Orders

5.1 Custom Orders

Custom orders require advance consultation
Design approval is required before production
Additional charges may apply for specific requirements
We reserve creative discretion on final execution

5.2 Large Orders

Special terms may apply for large orders
Deposit may be required for significant custom work
Separate agreements may be necessary for corporate orders

Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the order value
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Force majeure conditions may affect order fulfillment

6.2 Product Usage

Products should be consumed within the recommended timeframe
Storage instructions must be followed
We are not liable for inappropriate handling after collection

Customer information is handled according to UK data protection laws
Payment information is processed securely through Stripe

Complaints & Disputes

Complaints must be made within 24 hours of collection
Photographic evidence may be required
All complaints will be addressed within 48 business hours

8.2 Resolution

UK law governs these terms and conditions
London courts have exclusive jurisdiction
