What is the minimum order notice ?
As each order is made on request, please allow a minimum of 48 to 72 hours’ notice for standard orders. I’m happy to accommodate requests as much as possible, so if you have an urgent need, feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to assist.
Do you do deliveries ?
Currently, we do not offer delivery. All orders are available for collection from my location in West Hampstead (NW6). The exact address will be provided upon order confirmation.
Do you do gluten-free / nut-free cakes ?
Some of our desserts are naturally gluten-free or nut-free. However, we want to clarify that, although we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, all of our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens such as wheat, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, and other common allergens.
As a result, we are unable to label any of our cakes as "gluten-free" or "nut-free" under the current regulations. While we do our best to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our products.
Important Notice: By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that we do not accept liability for any health issues or distress caused by allergens present in our cakes. If you have a serious allergy or dietary restriction, we strongly recommend consulting with us before making a purchase.
What if we are unable to accept your order ?
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order—whether due to stock availability, limitations in our resources, or an inability to meet your requested collection date, etc.—we will promptly notify you by email or phone. In such cases, a refund will be made for any products purchased.
